The demonstration environment is provided for evaluation purposes only. It may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice. Estimates, figures, or illustrations shown in demos (including any ROI calculator) are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee of results.
Paid plans, pricing, and service levels are as set out in your separate written agreement or order form. Prices shown on the website are indicative and may be updated. No pilot, trial, or free period is offered unless expressly agreed in writing.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
